The Company will accept standard goods for return providing they are in their original condition.
If The Customer wishes to return goods, they must first obtain a returns authorisation number from the sales department.
Returns of standard products will be subject to a re handling charge, this will be 25% of the cost of the order if returning within 30 days from the date of dispatch or 50% if returning within 90 days from the date of dispatch.
Any charges relating to returning goods are the responsibility of The Customer and we offer no collection service for the return of goods.
If Goods are found to be unsaleable, The Company reserves the right to refuse credit and make the goods available to The Customer for collection for a period of 30 days, after which they will be disposed of.
